Laiba Behram is a results-driven development professional with a Master’s degree in Criminology, specializing in preventive policy and correctional systems. At the Youth Employability Network (YEN), she serves as Project Coordinator while leading Reporting & Communications, driving migration-led initiatives through strategic program delivery, evidence-based reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Her work reflects a strong command of narrative-building, data-driven insights, and impact communication.
Her expertise lies at the intersection of criminality and irregular migration, with substantive experience designing and implementing initiatives to counter human trafficking and the smuggling of migrants. Laiba has also contributed to humanitarian programming focused on climate resilience, women’s protection, and sustainable livelihoods. As a committed human rights advocate, she brings a sharp analytical lens and a purpose-driven approach to advancing inclusive and rights-based development.
