Legacy of Innovations: With over 30 years in the development sector, I have dedicated my career to fostering impactful change. My journey began with founding three organizations that have notably advanced various fields. Among my most significant achievements is the launch of Pakistan's first "Career Counseling & Vocational Guidance" platform, a pioneering initiative that has empowered countless individuals to navigate their career paths effectively. Additionally, I established Career Development Centers (CDCs) within both educational institutions and corporate settings, ensuring accessible career support for diverse populations. In response to community needs, I created Pakistan's first Migrant Resource Center and co-founded the first e-commerce portal intended to promote local art and artisans. My commitment to gender sensitivity and advocacy was recognized when I received an international award for the Best Gender Sensitive Public Service Initiative by UNPSA, underscoring my dedication to creating equitable opportunities for women in labour sector.

Sector Navigagor: I have specialized in a diverse range of areas, including research and assessments, value chain and market system development, and addressing gender-based violence (GBV) and harassment. My passion for promoting livelihood opportunities is reflected in my leadership of over 200 projects across public, private, educational, and labor sectors. These initiatives tackle pressing issues such as gender mainstreaming, GBV, local governance, and voter education while championing skills development in agriculture, horticulture, and youth leadership. I am committed to fostering cooperative and collective enterprise development to support micro and small enterprises, enhancing product and market development strategies. Through effective project management, I ensure sustainable growth and navigate complex challenges while implementing communication strategies that inspire social change and commitment to the labor sector, particularly in occupational safety and health, highlights my dedication to promoting decent work standards across both formal and informal sectors.

Trailblazer in Career Development: As a certified NLP career and life coach, I have had the privilege of training over 3 million individuals, significantly enhancing their personal and professional capabilities. My expertise extends to leading numerous Training of Trainers (TOT) programs, aimed at empowering organizations and individuals across corporate, social, and governmental sectors, both locally and internationally. In my capacity as a visiting faculty member at esteemed institutions like the University of Punjab and CED-IBA, I have provided motivational and career coaching to students and professionals. Moreover, I have trained nearly 60 faculty members from 21 universities on conducting gender audits and effectively mainstreaming gender within curricula, fostering a more inclusive academic environment. I have successfully developed comprehensive training modules, equipped trainers and facilitators, and mobilized communities for socio-economic development. Through these varied experiences, I continue to strive for sustainable development and positive societal change.
