Youth Employability Network

Youth Employability Network (YEN) is a registered social organization in Pakistan committed to promoting resilient livelihoods for youth and marginalized communities. Established in 2017, YEN has steadily evolved into a trusted partner for sustainable development, working to empower individuals and communities to create better, more secure futures. At the heart of YEN’s mission is the vision of an enabling environment where young people and vulnerable groups can thrive with dignity and opportunity. The organization prioritizes resilience, empowerment, and inclusive growth, ensuring that those often left behind are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to improve their socio-economic conditions.

Safe & Regular

Migration Awareness

Youth Employability Network has been at the forefront of promoting safe migration practices. We have conducted nationwide awareness campaigns, community dialogues, and training sessions to educate potential migrants about their rights, responsibilities, and the risks of irregular migration especially trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants. By partnering with government departments and international organizations, YEN has supported safe migration pathways and reintegration programs, ensuring that migrants and their families are better protected and informed.

Inclusion

Youth Employability Network has championed financial literacy and inclusion by connecting marginalized groups to formal financial systems. Our tailored training modules have equipped women, youth, and small entrepreneurs with the knowledge to manage savings, access credit, and utilize digital finance tools.
