Ayesha Khan is a results-driven development professional with an MPhil in Psychology, specializing in psychosocial wellbeing, behavioral insights, and community resilience. At the Youth Employability Network (YEN), she serves as a Project Coordinator, leading the design and implementation of youth-focused initiatives centered on employability, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion.

Her work reflects strong expertise in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based interventions across migration and livelihood sectors. Ayesha has contributed to large-scale initiatives with international partners including IOM, GIZ, and CARE, supporting reintegration of return migrants, business development, and community-based capacity building.
